The Northern California-based Yokayo Wine Company needed two distinct labels for their line of Cabernet Sauvignon. To prepare, I spent time walking through their vineyards and winery, collecting natural objects and getting a feel for the space.
The ’06 Cabernet Sauvignon was inspired by the natural landscape surrounding their vineyards, portraying three beautiful, old pine trees that overlook the tasting room.
The special edition ’07 Cabernet Sauvignon was called Buteo, named after the majestic hawks that soar above their vineyards daily.
